Treść opinii: I visited the Empik store in the Posnania shopping center to pick up a book order and browse for stationary. The store layout was very clean, modern, and easy to navigate with clear signage. Despite it being peak evening hours, the service time at the pickup desk was surprisingly fast. The store assistant was exceptionally polite, highly competent, and even helped me locate an alternative edition of a book I was looking for with a smile. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
